I have been fascinated with hurricanes and severe storms since I was a kid.  I'm providing this page for two reasons, to provide a list of the most helpful links for storm information that I have found, and secondly, to someday provide a page dedicated to the Great Hurricane of 1938, including some scanned pages of a long out-of-date book about the storm from The Providence Journal newspaper, which incidentally, was under almost twenty feet of water during the height of the storm.
